Terms of service

Updated September 10, 2026

Using WorkGroove

These terms govern use of the WorkGroove website, apps, and hosted service provided by WorkGroove Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. A separately agreed contract governs where it expressly replaces these terms.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and invitation codes, and use only accounts, workspaces, repositories, and tools you are authorized to access. Contact support@workgroove.ai if you believe an account or runner has been compromised.

Your content, permissions, and AI-assisted work

You and your organization retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize WorkGroove and the selected processors to handle that content as necessary to provide the service and execute the work you request, subject to your permissions and the privacy policy. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content and connect services.

AI outputs may contain mistakes or unsuitable material. Review outputs before relying on them, publishing them, or allowing them to affect people, systems, or files. Human approvals authorize the actions described in the relevant workflow; they do not guarantee an output’s accuracy.

Provider accounts, connected tools, local runners, and third-party services may have their own charges, limits, availability, and terms. Before authorizing a task, review the selected provider and the information it will receive. Do not submit information you do not consent or have authority to share.

Acceptable use and shared workspaces

Do not use WorkGroove for unlawful activity, to infringe another person’s rights, to access systems without authorization, to distribute malicious code, or to evade access controls and usage limits. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.

Workspace administrators manage membership and access within their authority. Shared content and work history can remain available to other authorized members when someone leaves. A workspace must retain appropriate management; account deletion may require transferring a manager role before confirmation.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

The plan, price, billing interval, usage limits, and cancellation terms shown when an authorized administrator purchases a subscription govern that purchase. Additional provider or integration charges are separate. Review the purchase terms before subscribing; contact support for billing questions or a refund request.

The iOS app provides access to existing service capabilities and does not offer subscription purchasing or a billing redirect. Authorized administrators may manage purchases through supported browser and Mac channels, subject to their applicable terms.

Deleting one member’s account does not cancel a subscription for a workspace that survives for other members. Subscriptions for workspaces deleted with an account are submitted for cancellation. A billing-processor delay does not restore access to the deleted account. Applicable accrued charges and legally required records can remain.

Account deletion and retained records

Request deletion in Settings → Security → Delete Account, including when no organization is selected. Recent reauthentication and a separate confirmation are required. Confirmation permanently ends access and begins associated-data cleanup; creating another account will not recover the deleted account.

The live-cleanup target is 30 days from the applicable request receipt, or an earlier applicable deadline. The backup-expiration target is 90 days from the request. These are separate stages. Any permitted extension requires a documented reason, revised deadline, and timely notification.

Specific shared, security, accounting, or legally retained records may remain with an identified purpose and removal condition. A minimal disabled account reference may remain only for justified dependencies or credential/restoration requirements, subject to dated review. The privacy policy explains these exceptions and completion notices.

Service changes and contact

The service and supported integrations may change. Availability depends in part on your network, runners, and third-party providers. Keep appropriate copies of information you need and review service notices that affect your use.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived. For service, billing, privacy, or terms questions, contact support@workgroove.ai or write to WorkGroove Inc, 228 Park Ave S. PMB 710125, New York, NY 10003-1502 US. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through an appropriate service or contact channel.
